After an exchange, Mario wanted 30 of each size. And a customized pattern was exchanged.
Mario wants to place an order with us, but she’s a little hesitant. So she wanted us to prove ourselves. Our salesman, Monnie, sent her the factory and office information, and sent her information about other customers who had paid us in the last two days. We succeeded in gaining Mario’s trust!
Immediately after Mario’s logo was designed, we arranged for the production of her renderings. She loved it!
After that Mario made a decisive order and she paid over a thousand dollars.
The first step in making a product is to print the customer’s pattern on the corresponding fabric. This is to confirm with the customer that the color is what the customer wants.
At the same time, we will also make a sample of the logo. All this is to guarantee the quality of the product.
We will make pre-production samples for customers to confirm before making big goods. Once the customer confirms, all products will be made according to the pre-production sample.
Mario likes the samples very much!
Mario loved our service so much she recommended us to her friends. Her friend also wanted customized pet products!

After determining the quantity and price, Mario did not hesitate to pay directly.
Similarly, whenever a new design is created or a different material is used from the previous order, we will print the design on the corresponding material for the customer’s confirmation of color and pattern size.
While the second batch of goods was being made, Mario also shared with us her daily routine of setting up her stall. Her products are really beautiful in the sun.
It didn’t take long for all the products to be made. Mario also customized the packaging this time, all wrapped and finished the way she wanted.
When we asked if the second shipment had arrived, Mario was very happy to share with us a picture of her with a friend she had previously recommended to us. Her friend is also helping her to sell the products.
