The first step in making a product is to print out all the designs for the customer to confirm the colors and patterns. Making sure everything is in order is part of our quality control.
Once the colors, patterns and logos were confirmed, our samples were completed rather quickly. Again we will shoot the pre-production sample to the customer for confirmation.
It was about twenty-five days we made all the products. Almost every step of the process we report in detail to the customer. It’s all about better customer service!
The goods were sent out quickly after confirming the shipping address. After the shipment has been sent, we will synchronize the logistics information to the customer. So that the customer can observe the transportation of goods at any time.
On the day Inara spoke to us about re-ordering, payment was made after confirming with us the details of the quantity that needed to be re-ordered and so on.
Inara changed to a new pattern and logo, and after communicating everything about the design and logo, we quickly created a rendering for Inara to confirm, and Inara was very happy with it.
Whenever there is a new pattern or color, we will print the color or pattern onto the corresponding fabric for customers to confirm, whether they are new or old customers.
The address is confirmed before the goods are sent out. During the transportation of goods, we also send information about the transportation of goods to Inara.
