How QQPETS QC Works
Our quality control process involves pre-production design and R&D reviews, risk assessment, rigorous inspections throughout production, and active after-sales engagement with customers. This approach ensures consistent product quality and customer satisfaction.
Pre-Control
1. Design Review:
Conduct a thorough review of product designs to identify potential quality issues before production begins.
2. R&D Review:
Collaborate with the Research and Development team to ensure that product specifications align with quality standards.
3. Internal Risk Control:
Assess and manage risks related to competing products and selected products, including risks of infringement, raw materials, auxiliary materials, production processes, packaging materials, and product use.
4. Physical and Chemical Testing:
Perform rigorous testing on product prototypes to verify that they meet predetermined quality standards.
Control During Production Process
1. Prenatal Meeting Technical Exchange:
Gather key stakeholders for technical discussions to establish standardized Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for product production.
2. Process Control:
Conduct incoming material inspections to ensure the quality of raw materials.
Implement key process inspections at critical production stages to identify deviations from standards.
Review first article samples to validate their compliance with specifications.
Conduct inspections at key nodes in the production process to maintain quality consistency.
3. Finished Product Inspection:
Perform sampling or full inspection of finished products to confirm they meet established quality criteria.
After-Sales Service
1. Customer Quality Satisfaction Survey and Tracking:
Collect feedback from customers regarding product quality and satisfaction. Continuously track and analyze this data.
2. Customer Complaint Follow-Up and Handling:
Receive and document customer complaints related to product quality.
Initiate Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to address identified issues.
